Clayton brings over 26 years of experience in workplace projects. Before founding FF&3 he worked in corporate real estate at CBA for 10 years. Prior to this Clayton worked in the furniture industry for 12 years with one of Australia’s largest commercial furniture manufacturers.
He has a deep understanding of Corporate Real Estate, having worked in Governance, Strategy and Project Delivery roles across large-scale projects and programs.
While managing the delivery of a 60,000 m² workplace project from 2019–2023, Clayton deepened his commitment to sustainable outcomes by implementing low-carbon, circular fit-out solutions.
At FF&3 Clayton combines his corporate real estate, project delivery and furniture background with his passion for sustainable outcomes to drive change across the industry.
Clayton also sits on the board of ReLove, an environmental and social impact not-for-profit that redirects office furniture from corporate de-fits to families impacted by domestic violence.

With over 24 years of experience in the fit-out and construction industry, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise from furniture, interior design, security design, to tenant representation, project management, and design & build services.
Ashley aligns FF&3’s social impact with her passion around diversity and inclusion values. Coming from a background of high-quality furniture, Ashley is enthusiastic about the adaptive reuse potential of quality design and FF&E.
As a WELL-AP, Ashley’s keen interest in people, performance, and space drives a commitment to creating environments that positively influence behaviours and wellbeing. Energetic and dedicated, Ashley is poised to elevate projects and drive positive change in the industry.
Project Manager
Hamish is focused on driving sustainability in the construction industry. Expertise in scheduling, planning, logistics, and financial management, Hamish ensures every project is executed smoothly, efficiently, and with sustainability at its core.
A previous career in steel manufacturing, Hamish has seen firsthand the impact of industrial processes and construction on the environment. This experience fuelled his decision to shift his career towards construction sustainability, where he can contribute to creating a greener future. Today, he applies a practical, solutions-oriented approach to each project, aligning day-to-day operations with broader environmental goals.
Hamish is committed to delivering results that meet project expectations and promote long-term sustainability solutions in the built environment. He is dedicated to ensuring that every project he manages has a positive and lasting impact for the client and the planet.
Partnerships Manager
Stuart’s career has spanned roles as an auctioneer, asset valuations officer in finance, and over the last decade managing a major office furniture removals company. This journey has given him a front-row seat to the profound changes impacting the commercial office sector.
As the secondary market has declined and more businesses prioritise low-cost solutions over sustainability, Stuart has become a vocal advocate for change. He is dedicated to educating companies on the importance of landfill avoidance and embracing the circular economy.
Through the implementation of environmentally responsible rehoming and recycling practices, Stuart consistently achieves an average landfill diversion rate of 95%. As a proud member of the FF&3 team, he is committed to driving progress toward a zero-waste future.
Project Consultant
With 17 years of experience in architectural interior design, Nina has delivered projects spanning commercial workplace transformations, renovation, bespoke joinery, spatial planning, and retail strategy.
Nina brings a people-first lens to design, ensuring environments are functional, aesthetically pleasing, sustainable, and adaptable.
Highly regarded for stakeholder engagement with empathy and clarity, Nina builds strategic alignment across complex projects. Inspired by Scandinavian and Japanese design philosophies, she champions sustainable practices and adaptive reuse, striking a balance between design craft and commercial imperatives. Her work consistently reduces environmental impact while enhancing user experience and well-being.
Nina is dedicated to implementing design as a vehicle for positive social change by reducing waste, extending asset lifespans, and creating spaces that benefit individuals and communities.
Project Coordinator
Fauzia is a Master of Environmental Management student at UNSW Sydney with a background in architecture. She brings a strong foundation in passive design principles, spatial planning, and building services, alongside technical expertise in Geographic Information Systems, Environmental Impact Assessment, and Life Cycle Assessment.
Her experience includes hands-on work in permaculture and large-scale biodiversity conservation, as well as roles in drafting, marketing, video editing, teaching, and leadership in student led initiatives.
She examines how policy, power, and economics influence decision-making, and how these systems intersect with both the built and natural environment.
At FF&3, Fauzia supports circular economy work through carbon quantification and material life cycle analysis. She is motivated by making sustainable choices more affordable and a part of everyday life, while contributing to projects that enhance the lived experience.
